Started by two friends fresh out of academia— our mission with Starview is simple:

SCOUNDRELS is a 9‑issue limited crime drama set inside Philadelphia’s underworld. It’s a character-first series about loyalty, betrayal, and the quiet violence of chasing the wrong legacy.
